Effective date: August 8, 2026
Localio is a platform for sharing experiences, opinions, information, and discussions about Businesses, products, software, services, and other solutions.
These Community Guidelines explain the standards that apply when users, Businesses, Business representatives, and other contributors submit content to or interact with Localio.
Localio is operated by:
Legalio24 LLC
1309 Coffeen Avenue STE 1200
Sheridan, Wyoming 82801
United States
These Community Guidelines form part of and should be read together with our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and other applicable Localio policies.
By submitting content to or participating in Localio, you agree to comply with these Community Guidelines.
These Community Guidelines apply to content and activity on Localio, including:
These Guidelines apply to both users and Businesses where relevant.
Additional rules may apply to particular features, jurisdictions, categories, or types of content.
Localio is intended to help people make better buying decisions by providing access to information that may include:
Users are encouraged to contribute useful, genuine, relevant, and understandable information.
Businesses may, where Localio makes the applicable functionality available, participate in discussions and respond to reviews.
Localio does not guarantee that any particular user or Business will be permitted to publish, respond, participate, or continue participating in any particular feature.
A review should reflect a genuine experience, interaction, use, purchase, or other legitimate basis for reviewing the relevant Business, product, or service.
You must not submit a review that:
A genuine review does not have to be positive.
A genuine review also does not have to be negative.
The fact that a Business disagrees with a review does not, by itself, mean that the review violates these Guidelines.
Unless Localio expressly states otherwise for a particular feature or category, a reviewer does not necessarily need to have purchased a product or service directly from the Business to have a legitimate experience capable of being reviewed.
A relevant experience may, depending on the circumstances, involve:
Localio may determine whether an alleged experience provides a sufficient basis for a review under these Guidelines.
Reviews and discussions may contain both opinions and factual statements.
Users may express subjective opinions, including strong or unfavorable opinions, provided the content otherwise complies with these Guidelines.
Examples of subjective statements may include opinions about:
Statements presented as facts should have a reasonable basis.
You must not knowingly or intentionally publish materially false factual claims.
Localio does not guarantee the truth, accuracy, completeness, or reliability of statements made by users or Businesses.
Localio does not remove content merely because it:
Businesses should not assume that reporting a negative review will cause it to be removed.
A review may remain published even where a Business strongly disputes it, unless Localio determines that action is appropriate under these Guidelines, the Terms of Service, another applicable policy, or applicable law.
Positive reviews are not exempt from these Guidelines.
Localio may take action against positive content that appears:
Our rules apply regardless of whether content benefits or harms the Business concerned.
Reviews should provide readers with a fair understanding of the reviewer’s relationship with the Business.
You should not review a Business in a manner that misleadingly appears to be an independent customer review where you have a material relationship that could affect the credibility of the review.
Depending on the circumstances, relevant relationships may include being:
Where applicable law or Localio requires disclosure of a material relationship, the relationship must be disclosed clearly.
Localio may restrict or remove reviews affected by a conflict of interest where we consider that appropriate.
Business owners, employees, representatives, agencies, contractors, and other persons acting for a Business must not submit purportedly independent customer reviews of their own Business.
They also must not instruct, encourage, or arrange for another person to submit fake, misleading, or improperly undisclosed reviews.
Businesses may use features specifically provided for Business participation, such as:
Availability of these features is subject to Localio’s Terms, policies, technical functionality, eligibility requirements, and discretion.
A Business, its owners, employees, representatives, agencies, or persons acting on its behalf must not submit deceptive reviews intended to damage a competitor.
Localio may restrict reviews submitted by competitors where we believe the relationship creates an unacceptable conflict of interest, manipulation risk, or likelihood of misleading users.
Nothing in this section prevents legitimate comparative discussion, criticism, research, journalism, or other lawful expression that otherwise complies with these Guidelines.
Users and Businesses must comply with applicable laws concerning incentives, endorsements, testimonials, and disclosure of material relationships.
A Business must not offer:
in exchange for a review where doing so would violate applicable law, mislead users, or violate Localio’s rules.
Businesses must not condition an incentive on the review being:
Where Localio permits incentivized reviews and applicable law requires disclosure, the incentive or material relationship must be disclosed appropriately.
Localio may prohibit incentivized reviews entirely for particular categories, features, Businesses, jurisdictions, or circumstances.
Businesses must not manipulate their Localio reputation by deceptively directing satisfied customers toward public reviews while systematically diverting dissatisfied customers away from them where doing so creates a false or misleading representation.
Businesses must not use Localio in connection with schemes designed to:
This does not prohibit a Business from legitimately requesting feedback or inviting customers to review it, provided the invitation and resulting process comply with applicable law and Localio’s rules.
Buying, selling, brokering, exchanging, or arranging fake reviews is prohibited.
This includes offering or accepting:
for fake or improperly manipulated reviews.
Localio may take action against accounts, Businesses, agencies, or other persons that we reasonably believe are involved in review manipulation.
You must not attempt to manipulate Localio’s review, rating, recommendation, ranking, discussion, voting, reporting, or other systems.
Prohibited manipulation may include:
Localio may use technical, automated, manual, statistical, behavioral, or other methods to identify suspected manipulation.
Localio may display indicators such as:
Any such indicator means only what Localio expressly states that the indicator means.
For example, Email verified may indicate that a person demonstrated access to a particular email address.
It does not necessarily mean that Localio verified:
Users should not interpret a verification indicator more broadly than Localio describes it.
A commercial, affiliate, referral, advertising, sponsorship, or other compensated relationship with Localio does not by itself qualify a Business, account, representative, review, or other content for an authenticity or verification indicator. Such indicators, where offered, are not sold as indicators of authenticity, identity, trustworthiness, quality, or approval.
Localio may allow users and Businesses to participate in discussions concerning:
Discussion contributions must comply with these Guidelines.
Discussions may include disagreement, criticism, competing opinions, and debate.
Localio does not require participants to agree with one another.
Where Localio provides the functionality, Businesses and authorized Business representatives may participate in discussions.
Business representatives should make their relationship with the Business clear where it is not otherwise apparent from the account or interface.
Businesses must not use discussions to:
Localio may identify Business accounts or representatives through labels or other indicators.
Where Localio provides the functionality, a Business may be able to respond publicly to a review concerning that Business.
Business responses may:
Business responses must comply with these Guidelines.
Businesses must not use responses to:
Registration as a Business or verification as a Business representative does not create an unconditional or permanent right to:
Subject to applicable law, Localio may:
Business functionality or access.
Where applicable law creates a mandatory right or procedure, Localio will provide it to the extent legally required.
A Business does not obtain a right to removal merely by:
Localio may consider information supplied by a Business when assessing content but is not required to accept the Business’s characterization of the dispute.
If a Business resolves a problem with a reviewer, the original review does not automatically become invalid.
The reviewer may, where functionality permits:
subject to Localio’s rules.
Businesses must not improperly pressure reviewers to remove or improve reviews as a condition of:
Contributions should be reasonably relevant to:
to which they are posted.
Localio may restrict or remove content that is substantially irrelevant, repetitive, disruptive, or unrelated.
You must not use Localio primarily to distribute spam or unsolicited promotional content.
Prohibited activity may include:
Businesses may discuss their products or services where relevant and where permitted by the applicable feature, but must not use Localio deceptively.
You must not use Localio to engage in unlawful harassment, threats, intimidation, stalking, or targeted abuse.
Depending on context, Localio may also restrict content that:
Criticism of a Business, its conduct, products, services, management, or customer service is not automatically harassment.
Content must not unlawfully promote, incite, threaten, or advocate violence or hatred against persons or protected groups.
Localio may restrict hateful, dehumanizing, or discriminatory content where it violates applicable law, these Guidelines, or another applicable policy.
Legitimate discussion, criticism, reporting, quotation, educational discussion, or debate concerning sensitive subjects is not automatically prohibited merely because it references a protected characteristic.
Context matters.
You must not use Localio to:
Localio may take additional measures where content presents an apparent immediate safety risk, including referring matters to appropriate authorities where legally permitted or required.
Nothing in these Guidelines creates an obligation to report every alleged threat to authorities unless applicable law requires such action.
You must not use Localio to facilitate, solicit, promote, coordinate, or meaningfully assist illegal activity.
Localio may restrict content or activity that we reasonably believe violates applicable law or creates material legal, security, or safety risks.
Whether content is illegal may depend on:
Localio does not undertake to determine the legality of every contribution before publication.
You must not use Localio for:
Localio may restrict accounts, links, content, or activity associated with suspected fraud or scams.
Content that unlawfully supports, promotes, solicits, coordinates, or facilitates terrorism or violent extremist activity is prohibited.
Localio may take action where required by applicable law or where we determine content presents a material safety or legal risk.
Content that sexually exploits, abuses, or endangers children is prohibited.
This includes child sexual abuse material and other content prohibited by applicable child-safety laws.
Localio may report qualifying content or activity to relevant authorities or organizations where required or permitted by applicable law.
Localio is a Business review, comparison, and discussion platform and is not intended to host pornographic or sexually explicit content unrelated to legitimate Business discussion.
Localio may restrict:
Legitimate discussion of a Business, product, service, safety concern, or experience is not automatically prohibited merely because it concerns an adult or sensitive subject.
Localio may restrict content that unlawfully encourages, assists, instructs, or facilitates serious self-harm or other dangerous conduct.
This does not prohibit legitimate:
where otherwise permitted.
Do not publish personal information unnecessarily.
This is particularly important for information such as:
Business contact information that is already publicly available may be treated differently from private personal information.
Whether information is permitted depends on:
A review may sometimes legitimately refer to employees, owners, managers, customer-service representatives, or other persons involved in the reviewer’s experience.
However, users should avoid publishing unnecessary personal information about such persons.
Localio may restrict, redact, anonymize, or remove identifying information where appropriate.
We may consider factors including:
You must not knowingly publish information that you have no lawful right to disclose where publication would violate applicable law or binding confidentiality obligations.
This may include certain:
A Business cannot transform ordinary consumer criticism into confidential information merely by asserting that it is confidential.
Localio may require sufficient information to evaluate a confidentiality complaint.
You must have the rights, permissions, licenses, or other lawful basis necessary to submit content to Localio.
Do not upload or publish content that unlawfully infringes another person’s:
Not every reference to a Business name, trademark, product, screenshot, quotation, or copyrighted work constitutes infringement.
Applicable exceptions and limitations may include:
Copyright complaints are handled under the procedures described in our Terms of Service and applicable copyright policies.
You must not deceptively impersonate:
Parody, commentary, or other lawful expression that cannot reasonably be mistaken for an authentic identity may be treated differently depending on context.
You must not materially misrepresent:
Using artificial intelligence or other tools to assist with:
does not automatically violate these Guidelines.
However, users must not use artificial intelligence, automation, scripts, bots, or similar technologies to:
The person submitting content remains responsible for it regardless of whether artificial intelligence helped create or edit it.
Localio may, but is generally not obligated to, request information relating to a contribution.
Depending on the circumstances, this may include:
A request for supporting information does not mean Localio guarantees that the information is authentic or independently verifies every underlying fact.
Failure or inability to provide requested information may be considered when Localio determines what action, if any, to take.
Localio is not required to request evidence in every case unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Localio may use:
to assess content and activity.
However, except where applicable law requires otherwise, Localio does not guarantee that:
Users should exercise their own judgment when relying on content published on Localio.
Except where applicable law requires otherwise, Localio does not undertake a general obligation to:
Localio may nevertheless perform moderation, screening, verification, monitoring, fraud detection, or other review voluntarily.
Doing so in one situation does not create an obligation to do so in another.
Localio may provide mechanisms through which users, Businesses, rights holders, authorities, or other persons can report content.
A report should identify the content concerned and provide sufficient information to understand the alleged problem.
Where legally required, Localio will provide a notice mechanism meeting the requirements of applicable law.
Submitting a report does not guarantee:
Reporting tools must not be abused.
You must not knowingly submit:
Localio may take action against abuse of reporting or complaint mechanisms where permitted by applicable law.
Subject to applicable law, Localio may take action concerning content or activity that:
Depending on the circumstances, action may include:
Localio is not required to use the least restrictive measure available unless applicable law requires it.
Localio’s general approach is that genuine reviews and opinions should remain available, including negative ones.
We therefore do not generally remove reviews merely because a Business asks us to remove them.
We may remove, restrict, or otherwise act on a review where we determine that it:
This section describes Localio’s general moderation approach and does not create a contractual guarantee that any particular review will remain published.
Subject to mandatory applicable law, Localio retains discretion concerning:
Moderation necessarily involves judgment and context.
Similar-looking cases may produce different outcomes because relevant facts may differ.
Localio does not guarantee identical outcomes in every case.
Localio may use automated technologies, including artificial intelligence and machine learning, to:
Automated systems may make mistakes.
Where applicable law gives users rights concerning legally regulated automated decisions, Localio will provide those rights to the extent required.
Nothing in these Guidelines guarantees human review of every automated moderation decision unless applicable law requires it.
Localio may temporarily restrict, withhold, reduce visibility of, or otherwise limit content while:
Temporary restriction does not necessarily mean that Localio has concluded the content violates these Guidelines.
Likewise, restoring content does not constitute an endorsement of its accuracy.
Localio may restore content that was previously:
if we determine restoration is appropriate.
Restoration does not constitute:
Publication of content on Localio does not mean Legalio24 LLC:
Reviews, discussions, replies, and Business responses generally represent the views of their respective contributors.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Legalio24 LLC reserves and intends to rely upon all statutory, common-law, constitutional, contractual, and other protections, defenses, immunities, limitations, safe harbors, and privileges available in connection with:
For activities within the scope of United States law, this includes, where applicable, the protections available under 47 U.S.C. § 230, including Sections 230(c)(1) and 230(c)(2).
Nothing in these Community Guidelines:
To the extent 47 U.S.C. § 230(c)(2) or another applicable protection depends upon good faith, statutory criteria, or other legal requirements, Legalio24 LLC reserves the right to establish its entitlement to that protection based upon the circumstances of the particular matter.
The fact that Legalio24 LLC moderates some content, uses automated or manual moderation systems, investigates reports, establishes Community Guidelines, or takes action concerning particular content does not, by itself, create responsibility for other third-party content or waive any available intermediary or moderation protection.
Nothing in this section limits any broader protection that may be available to Legalio24 LLC under Section 230(c)(1), Section 230(c)(2), another provision of law, the Terms of Service, or otherwise.
Localio is not a court, tribunal, arbitrator, consumer ombudsman, or fact-finding authority.
Except where applicable law requires otherwise, Localio is not responsible for conclusively deciding:
Moderation decisions concern Localio’s platform and policies and do not constitute legal judgments regarding the underlying dispute.
Businesses and Business representatives are solely responsible for content they submit.
A Business response appearing on Localio does not become Localio’s statement merely because Localio provides the response functionality.
Businesses should ensure their responses comply with:
Users are responsible for the content they submit.
You should ensure that your contributions comply with:
Localio’s moderation of content does not transfer responsibility for the content from its contributor to Legalio24 LLC.
Localio may provide mechanisms for requesting reconsideration of moderation decisions.
Except where applicable law requires otherwise:
Where applicable law requires an internal complaint or appeal procedure, Localio will provide the procedure to the extent legally required.
Where the European Union Digital Services Act (“DSA”) applies to Localio and requires a notice-and-action mechanism, Localio will provide a mechanism allowing qualifying persons or entities to submit notices concerning information they consider illegal.
To the extent required by applicable law, the mechanism will permit submission of information necessary for a sufficiently precise and adequately substantiated notice.
Where legally required, Localio will:
Localio may request additional information where necessary or legally appropriate.
Nothing in this section requires Localio to accept an unsupported allegation as establishing that content is illegal.
Where the DSA legally requires Localio to provide a statement of reasons concerning a moderation decision, Localio will provide the information required by applicable law.
This may apply, depending on the circumstances and legal requirements, to decisions involving:
Where the DSA does not require a statement of reasons, Localio may provide or withhold additional explanation subject to applicable law and our discretion.
Nothing in these Guidelines requires disclosure of information where disclosure is prohibited or restricted by law or where a legally recognized exception applies.
Where the DSA requires Localio to provide an internal complaint-handling system for a particular moderation decision, eligible recipients may use that system within the period required by applicable law.
Localio will handle qualifying complaints in accordance with legally applicable requirements.
Nothing in these Guidelines voluntarily extends a statutory complaint right to:
Where applicable provisions of the DSA give an eligible recipient the right to select a certified out-of-court dispute settlement body in connection with an eligible moderation dispute, Localio will provide information and cooperate to the extent legally required.
Participation in such a procedure does not necessarily make the outcome binding where applicable law provides otherwise.
Nothing in these Guidelines creates a contractual right to out-of-court dispute settlement beyond what applicable law requires.
Where applicable law requires Localio to give priority or particular treatment to notices submitted by:
Localio will do so to the extent required.
Nothing in this section requires Localio to treat an ordinary private complaint as a legally privileged or priority notice where applicable law does not require that treatment.
Where applicable provisions of the DSA permit or require measures concerning persons or entities that frequently submit manifestly illegal content or manifestly unfounded notices or complaints, Localio may take such measures in accordance with applicable law.
Nothing in this section limits Localio’s broader ability to address abuse of platform systems where legally permitted.
Where the United Kingdom Online Safety Act 2023 applies to Localio or a particular Localio service, Legalio24 LLC will comply with duties applicable to that service to the extent legally required.
This may include applicable obligations concerning:
Where legally required, Localio may remove or restrict illegal content after becoming aware of it and take other measures required under applicable UK law.
Nothing in this section:
Other countries may impose legally mandatory requirements concerning:
Where such requirements apply to Legalio24 LLC or relevant Localio activity, Localio will comply to the extent legally required.
Nothing in these Guidelines voluntarily creates equivalent procedures worldwide merely because they are legally required in one jurisdiction.
Localio may act in response to:
We may challenge, narrow, reject, or seek clarification concerning requests we consider invalid, overbroad, or legally deficient where legally permitted.
Localio does not promise to challenge every request.
Localio may preserve content, account information, logs, reports, evidence, or other information where reasonably necessary or legally permitted for:
Removal of public content does not necessarily require deletion of all internal records relating to that content.
Subject to applicable law, Localio may take measures concerning accounts where we reasonably believe this is appropriate to:
Measures may include:
Localio is not required to use progressive enforcement or provide a warning before taking action unless applicable law requires it.
You must not attempt to circumvent Localio enforcement measures.
This includes:
Localio may take reasonable measures to identify and address circumvention.
Subject to applicable law and the Terms of Service, Localio does not guarantee that any person or Business will be entitled indefinitely to maintain:
A Business profile on Localio may exist independently of whether the Business:
A Business’s registration or verification does not give it exclusive ownership or editorial control over:
Subject to applicable law, Localio determines the structure and operation of Localio Business profiles.
Business-profile functionality and presentation may differ between Businesses. Subject to applicable law, Localio may determine which profile, participation, response, media, linking, commercial, discovery, or other features are made available for a particular Business, and no Business acquires a right under these Community Guidelines to receive the same functionality, presentation, prominence, or features as another Business.
A change in a Business’s:
does not automatically require Localio to delete historical reviews or discussions.
Localio may determine how Business profiles and historical content are handled based on:
Localio may calculate and display:
The methodology may depend on factors determined by Localio.
Subject to applicable law, Localio may:
A displayed metric is not a guarantee concerning the Business, product, or service.
Content that Localio determines should be excluded, restricted, removed, or otherwise treated differently may be excluded from ratings, recommendation metrics, rankings, or other calculations.
Localio may also temporarily exclude content while reviewing suspected manipulation or another issue.
Nothing in these Guidelines guarantees that every submitted rating will be included in every aggregate metric.
Businesses cannot purchase removal of legitimate negative reviews merely because they are negative.
Commercial relationships with Localio do not give a Business a contractual right to remove legitimate criticism.
Where Localio offers paid Business products or commercial relationships, those arrangements do not exempt Businesses from these Community Guidelines.
Nothing in this section prevents Localio from offering lawful advertising, affiliate, Business, subscription, or other commercial services.
Where Localio publishes sponsored, advertising, affiliate, or other commercial content, we may identify such content where disclosure is required by applicable law or our policies.
Businesses and users must not disguise advertising or commercial content as independent consumer opinion where doing so would be misleading or unlawful.
A decision not to remove content does not mean Localio:
Likewise, removing content does not necessarily mean Localio agrees with every allegation made against it.
Moderation decisions concern Localio’s Services and policies.
Moderation systems and people can make mistakes.
Localio may:
Such revisions do not constitute an admission of:
Localio may voluntarily take actions that applicable law does not require.
Examples may include:
Unless applicable law provides otherwise, voluntarily taking such action:
Localio may consider factors including:
Accordingly, enforcement may differ between cases.
Different treatment does not by itself establish unfairness, discrimination, endorsement, negligence, or inconsistency.
Except where applicable law expressly provides otherwise, these Community Guidelines do not create enforceable rights for a Business, user, reviewer, competitor, or other third party against Legalio24 LLC.
In particular, no person acquires a contractual right to require Localio to:
except to the extent an applicable mandatory law expressly provides otherwise.
These Community Guidelines form part of the rules governing use of Localio and must be read together with the Terms of Service.
The Terms of Service control the contractual relationship between users and Legalio24 LLC.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, all protections, exclusions, defenses, rights, remedies, disclaimers, limitations, and dispute-resolution provisions contained in the Terms of Service apply to conduct, content, decisions, disputes, and claims arising out of or relating to:
If these Community Guidelines conflict with the Terms of Service, the Terms of Service control unless mandatory applicable law requires otherwise.
IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR USERS IN THE UNITED STATES: THE TERMS OF SERVICE CONTAIN A BINDING INDIVIDUAL ARBITRATION AGREEMENT AND A CLASS-ACTION, COLLECTIVE-ACTION, AND REPRESENTATIVE-ACTION WAIVER. SUBJECT TO THE TERMS OF SERVICE AND APPLICABLE LAW, THOSE PROVISIONS APPLY TO COVERED DISPUTES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE COMMUNITY GUIDELINES, CONTENT MODERATION, CONTENT REMOVAL OR RESTRICTION, ACCOUNT ACTIONS, REVIEWS, DISCUSSIONS, BUSINESS RESPONSES, REPORTING, ENFORCEMENT DECISIONS, AND OTHER LOCALIO ACTIVITY.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, a claim does not fall outside those provisions merely because it is characterized as concerning:
The complete arbitration agreement, applicable procedures, exceptions, class-action waiver, governing-law provisions, and provisions governing disputes that are not subject to arbitration are contained in the Terms of Service and control.
Nothing in this section expands arbitration to a claim that applicable law or the Terms of Service does not permit or require to be arbitrated.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE DISCLAIMERS, EXCLUSIONS, AND LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY CONTAINED IN THE TERMS OF SERVICE APPLY TO CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE COMMUNITY GUIDELINES OR LOCALIO’S MODERATION, ENFORCEMENT, CONTENT, ACCOUNT, REVIEW, DISCUSSION, REPORTING, OR BUSINESS-PARTICIPATION PRACTICES.
This includes, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the liability cap and exclusions specified in the Terms of Service.
The fact that Localio:
does not create liability beyond liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Nothing in these Community Guidelines expands Legalio24 LLC’s liability beyond that established under the Terms of Service and mandatory applicable law.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, any contractual limitation period contained in the Terms of Service for claims brought by persons or entities using Localio for business, commercial, trade, or professional purposes also applies to claims arising out of or relating to:
Nothing in this section shortens a limitations period where applicable law prohibits that limitation.
The applicable Terms of Service provision controls the scope, calculation, and operation of any contractual claim period.
These Community Guidelines are subject to the governing-law, jurisdiction, venue, arbitration, and dispute-resolution provisions contained in the Terms of Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, a claimant may not avoid those provisions merely by characterizing a dispute as arising independently under these Community Guidelines rather than under the Terms of Service.
Mandatory rights concerning governing law, jurisdiction, venue, or dispute resolution that cannot lawfully be waived remain unaffected.
Nothing in these Community Guidelines is intended to:
Where mandatory applicable law imposes an obligation on Legalio24 LLC, Localio will comply with that obligation to the extent legally required.
References to particular laws or procedures do not constitute a representation that Legalio24 LLC:
Legalio24 LLC reserves every lawful:
available under applicable law.
If any provision or part of these Community Guidelines is found invalid, unlawful, void, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Where legally permissible, the affected provision should first be interpreted, narrowed, modified, or reformed only to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable while preserving as closely as possible its original:
Where a court or competent authority is permitted to reform the provision, the intended replacement is the legally valid provision that most closely preserves:
If reformation is unavailable, the affected portion will be severed only to the minimum extent necessary.
Nothing in this section permits Localio to eliminate a mandatory right that applicable law does not permit to be waived.
Failure or delay by Legalio24 LLC to enforce these Community Guidelines in one circumstance does not waive our ability to enforce them later or in another circumstance.
Failure to take action against one user, Business, review, discussion, response, or other contribution does not prevent Localio from taking action against another.
Localio may update these Community Guidelines from time to time.
Changes may result from:
The current version will display an updated effective date.
Where applicable law requires advance notice or another procedure for a material change, Localio will comply to the extent legally required.
Users, Businesses, rights holders, and other persons may use Localio’s applicable reporting or contact mechanisms to report content or raise concerns.
Where applicable law requires a particular notice, complaint, appeal, or regulatory mechanism, Localio may provide a separate procedure designed for that purpose.
Using a general contact form does not necessarily constitute submission of a legally valid notice under a statutory procedure where applicable law requires particular information or a designated mechanism.
Localio is designed to allow people to share genuine experiences and useful opinions, including criticism.
Our general approach is therefore straightforward:
A review is not removed simply because it is negative or because a Business disagrees with it.
At the same time, Localio may act against content or activity that:
Localio may use moderation, verification, fraud detection, reporting mechanisms, automated systems, manual review, and other measures to support the integrity of the platform.
Those measures do not make Legalio24 LLC the author, guarantor, verifier, or adopter of user or Business content and do not create obligations beyond those imposed by applicable law or expressly undertaken in the Terms of Service.
